PikeShield refund policy for paid cybersecurity engagements.

Before Work Begins

If a paid engagement is canceled before work begins, PikeShield may refund eligible prepaid amounts according to the signed agreement.

After Work Begins

Fees for completed work, scheduled response time, third-party costs, and delivered advisory materials may be non-refundable.
